COOPASV PARTICIPATES IN MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIC PRODUCTION TRAINING IN ESPÍRITO SANTO

Between August 24th and 25th, CLAC, in partnership with BRFAIR, held a training session on “Internal Management System and Exchange of Experiences in Management and Organic Production”, at CAFESUL headquarters in the city of Muqui in Espirito Santo.

The cooperative member Gleine Henrique and Patrick Neves (Agronomic Consultant Emerj) represented Coopasv. The training was coordinated by CLAC manager Giseli Sampaio. The SGI is a set of rules, principles and measures related to each other, which help to guarantee the quality of documented procedures within the scope of all protocols of a simple certification process. The training also guides communities to organize themselves to work together in cooperativism.

The training in Espirito Santo was attended by Coopasv, Cafesul, Cooperativa dos Costas, Ascarive, Coorpol and Apascoffe. There was an exchange of experiences in visits to the members of Cafesul, where all the management in improving the quality and production of organic coffees was presented.
