The commercial manager of Coopasv, Beatriz de Souza Pereira and Gilmar Reis Cabral, responsible for the coffee quality department, were present at the “World of Coffee Milan 2022”, which is the main coffee meeting in Europe and one of the preeminent coffee events in the world, than thousands of coffee professionals and visitors in June.
The fair in Italy took place between the 23rd and 25th of June. The event is hosted by the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE), an association of members of the specialty coffee industry3 representing the interests of over 000+ organized members worldwide. There are more than 10 thousand visitors at the fair.
Coopasv has been in the market for over 20 years. In this cooperative event affiliated to various lectures and workshops. The Santana da Vargem Small Farmers Cooperative, Fairtrade, UTZ and Rainforest certified, strives for sustainability and the production of excellent quality coffees.
Bia was at the side of Coopasv’s great partners in Europe, one of them being the Pacorini Group, responsible for Armazéns Carapina in Eloí Mendes/MG. The visit to the fair in Italy was an important moment for Coopasv, where a manager saw up close what is trending in the coffee market, the field, technology and commercial profiles from coffees.
